The issue seems to be because of incorrect time constraint maintained in V_T582A for the infotype you are trying to update via HINUINFU.
Kindly check if it is maintained as '1' or some other.
I believe its 'A' or some other value in your system.
Change it to '1' as per standard config and then test again by creating fresh scenario (you may try with existing scenario as well).
This should definitely work.
