No, the variance will be posted internally in CO module using secondary cost elements.
This is the way if you do not use Process Order or Production Orders, but If you use Process Order or Production Orders you should run the Split First KSS2 and then KSII to recalculate your cost center activity prices. After that you run CON2 and then CO88.
