Re: In-process lot inspection at order release

Hi OCS,

I think Sarfaraz and Prem has already provided you the right answer. I will like to add one more point to make this point more clear to you.

Inspection type 03 is created with reference to routing information. For this case no inspection plan is required. MIC's needed to be added to particular operation, which would be in turn flicked to the Inspection lot of inspection type 03 when created. When this condition happens, your inspection lot will have system status CTRD. The production order, against which the in-process inspection lot 03 is created, will contain a system status ILAS along with other PP specific system status. At this point of time, the routing operations (which are suppose to be MIC managed, if added) will all have system status REL.

But in case if MIC are added to the routing operation, and then in-process inspection  lot 03 is created, then below will contain system status -

Production order --> ILAS

Production order --> Operation XXXX --> ICHA REL

Inspection lot --> REL CALC (As inspection MIC is already assigned now)

If Inspection lot is result recorded for this case, then the inspection lot system status will be INSP RREC and that specific operation system status will be ICHA QMDA REL...

Thanks,

Arijit
